Nothing says happy birthday America like a gluttonous eat and drink all you can BBQ. Its even better when it's combined with someone Else's birthday. In this case, it was Cousin Evelyn's.

After a short hour long ride to Peekskill, NY where cold beer and food was already waiting.

Roasted corn on the cob, 2 kinds of pasta salad, keg, Stubb's marinated Hebrew National hot dogs, marinated grilled steak and chicken tacos, barbecued chicken, spicy beef and chicken burgers, Italian sausage in onions and peppers, 3 kinds of home made cakes, cupcakes, a cheese ball and like 84 other items that will only continue to make anyone else's silly little BBQ look like its free hand outs day in the welfare line.

Lots of drinking, lots of eating and lots of dancing to the Green Lantern Beastie Boys’ re-mix album.

10 hours of eating and drinking yielded the following morning after result;
- massive headache
- neck pains
- bloating
- 5 sit down visits to the potty
- anxiety for tonight's birthday month launch party pub crawl in Hell's Kitchen.
