Just like peanut butter and jelly, sometimes 2 things come together to make life better. This time it was Jen and Patrick's going away party and my birthday. Wonder Twin powers activate and form of Manhattan backyard BBQ!! People brought burgers, hot dogs, sausages with peppers from Momma Calitri's garden, beef hearts, chicken and all kinds of goodies. My menu included marinated chicken and steak fajitas, cheese steak taquitos, general tso's chicken and tater tots!
