August 14th - 10 Days of being an "asshole"

10 days into my doctor prescribed health kick (no greasy, fried or spicy foods, no alcohol, no stress, lots of sleep and exercise), I am happy to report my first hive free day! It only took being switched to a 3rd / stronger medication.

Admittedly, I did cheat a little by eating half of a Carl's Cheesesteak, but it was for a good cause and hey, no one is perfect.

Hopefully I can make it through a weekend that includes attending the Rockstar Mayhem Festival and a party at Vince Neilstein's.
